Happy Hanukkah!

Me and Ella, we were pretty lucky this year to be able to celebrate Hanukkah both in Nebraska and in Minnesota.  We're pretty spoiled.  First, we got to open presents with everyone in Norfolk after the football game.  It was pretty overwhelming having me and Ella and Maggie and Gracie and Lauren, as well as most of the adults, all opening presents at the same time...but we toughed it out. :-)  We both got some pretty awesome stuff!  Ella got a diaper bag and high chair for her baby,

and I got a ton of "Planes" stuff, and this fantastic guitar!

It was pretty exciting, especially when my cousin Aaron tried to teach me how to play it.

Then, just the other night, we got to open more presents with Gramma Polly at home!  I got this awesome indoor putt putt course, and Ella got a car seat for her baby.

And then today, our tents from Uncle Arnie, Aunt Julie, Maggie and Gracie finally came!  What a great way to spend the last night of Hanukkah.

Thanks for all our great gifts everyone!  We loved celebrating with you!

HUSKERS!

Me and Daddy and Mommy and Ella, we spent Thanksgiving and the last few days in Nebraska.  It was AWESOME!  Probably the very best time I've had in Nebraska yet.  Want to know why?  Because I got to go to my very first Husker game (ok, so Mom says I went when I was a little baby, but I'm not sure I believe her)!!  It was the greatest!!  It was so cool!!!  (Ok, so it was also an awesome trip because most of our aunts, uncles and cousins from Pops' side of the family were there, and we got to see Maggie, Gracie, and Lauren and their mommies and daddies, but the Huskers were still the greatest.)  Anyway, it was the day after Thanksgiving, and we had to get up super extra early to go to Lincoln, but Ella and I were so excited, we didn't even snooze in the car!  Then when we got there we went up to the sky box with Mommy.

Then after a snack, Daddy came up and it was time for the game to start.

I was the best fan.  I cheered for everyone, I didn't "boo", and I was always ready with a high five (or ten) for Daddy.

Ella even got into the spirit.

Then, after a quick game of catch at halftime, it was warm enough for us to sit outside so the team could hear us cheer.

Even though we lost...badly...it was still super amazing!  Me and Ella, we were sure to thank Pops for the tickets before we left.

We can't wait until next year!  Maybe we'll get to go to more than one game!

Leaves

Sometimes I like to commune with nature.

I also really like leaves.

Milwaukee

Coopy and I spent this past weekend in Milwaukee with Mommy and Daddy celebrating our cousin Ilana's wedding to our new cousin Jared.  We were pretty excited to go, it's been a while since we've been to a wedding, and we love flying and new adventures you see.  When we got to the airport and our gate Friday morning, we were so excited to meet the pilot of our plane!

Coopy was the most excited.  I bet he's going to be a pilot when he grows up.  Once we got to Milwaukee, we ate some lunch and said hi to our relatives, then we took a nap and headed out to the rehearsal dinner.  It was a pretty long day and we were pretty tired from helping the pilot fly our plane (he gave us wings you see), so we decided to go to bed early so we'd be well rested for the wedding on Saturday.  Since the wedding was in the evening, we spent Saturday morning at the Milwaukee Children's Museum.  It was pretty awesome!  There was this grocery store area that was just our size...we loved it.

Then there was a broadcast station where we told everyone about the Husker game.

It was really cool.  Then there was a place to play a baseball game and a place to golf and there was even a climbing wall!

I even got all the way across the climbing wall all by myself!  It was a pretty cool museum and a pretty awesome morning.  After a pretty grossly inadequate nap, it was time to get dressed up for pictures for the wedding.  I was so excited to get dressed...my outfit was AMAZING!

Coopy and I looked so good, we were happy to pose for pictures with everyone who asked.

Once the ceremony was over, it was finally time to dance!

We had the very best time ever!  We were the biggest party animals of the night, and Coopy was a dancing machine!  We had a great weekend with our family in Milwaukee.  Congratulations Ilana and Jared!  Thanks for letting us be a part of your weekend, we love you!

Happy Halloween!

What a day!  Did you know that as you get older Halloween gets to be more and more fun?  Well, it does.  Today was AWESOME!  First thing this morning, we practiced our ghost faces.

Don't we look scary?  Next, we carved our pumpkins, and took a few selfies with Liz.

After that, we decided to do some teeter tottering in our costumes.  It's important to be able to move in them you see.

Once we'd napped, Gramma Polly came over, and we decided to show off in our costumes for her.

We even posed for pictures with Gramma and Mommy!  Aren't we the most cooperative kids ever?!

After a quick (or as quick as a picture with 3 three year olds and 1 one year old can be) picture with Max and Mimi, we were ready for trick-or-treating!

We had a pretty awesome night!  Happy Halloween everyone!
